چکیده مقاله:

 

Today, organizations are considered the main component of societies and it is management that plays the mostimportant role in survival, prosperity, growth, life or death of organizations. Therefore, managers are required toguide the movement trend from status quo to an optimal status based on the organizational goals. High quality ofworking life for organizations is necessary for attracting and retaining the personnel. Quality of working life is aplan made to increase employee satisfaction. Taking a look at the world around, we will notice that the presentworld is so different from the past world. An important feature of the modern world is the existence of profoundchanges, intense competitions and abundant complexities. The present special economic conditions have madecompanies pay as much attention as possible to their staff"s innovation, organizational learning and workingconditions, known as employee life quality. This research aims to investigate the relationship among three variablesof innovation, organizational learning and quality of working life. The sample of the research includes theemployees of Social Security Organization in Region 4 of Tehran, among whom 44 questionnaires were returned.The results of this res4 showed that quality of working life has a significant relation with innovation andorganizational learning and also there is not a significant relation between innovation and organizational learning.
